These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the simonebrullo.bigcartel.com website.
By confirming your order, you declare that you have read these general conditions of sale and accept them in their entirety.
The simonebrullo.bigcartel.com website reserves the right to modify these conditions. The applicable conditions are therefore those in force at the time of the order.

PRODUCTS AND PRICES
The products sold on simonebrullo.bigcartel.com are imagined, produced, and manufactured by Simone Brullo in collaboration with some local artisan businesses.
The products are illustrated by one or more photographs, a descriptive text, and a price including taxes in euros. The photographs are intended to be as faithful as possible to the products, but the colors may vary from one screen to another on the computer.
Prices are in Euros, taxes included, and shipping costs excluded. Shipping costs vary according to the weight and volume of the products and are indicated to the buyer at the time of confirmation (“cart”).

PAYMENT
The simonebrullo.bigcartel.com website accepts payment by credit card.
Payments are made online using the secure Stripe payment platform. It is not mandatory to have an account to order. When you validate your cart (“checkout”), you can then select the method of payment by credit card and fill in the normal fields relating to your card.

DELIVERY
The simonebrullo.bigcartel.com website ships products worldwide. Depending on the type of product, orders are sent via courier. A parcel tracking number will then be sent to you via email.
Please check the delivery details when ordering so that the order is sent to the desired address.
Shipping costs also include packaging costs.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
In application of the article of the code art. 52 and Segg. of Legislative Decree 206 of 2005 of the consumer code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days to return at his own expense the items that are not suitable for him, for an exchange or a refund. This period starts from the day the order is received. All returns must be communicated in advance by email to [email protected]. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of shipping and return costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale. Otherwise, the products will not be refunded, returned, or exchanged. In case of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the buyer has the possibility to request a refund of the amounts paid or an exchange of the product. In this case, the return will be paid by the buyer.
